Great idea! I think you will be able to come up with some good evidence. I can totally see that tornado being her revenge on the guys whom she worked with at the butcher shop. Especially since they are the ONLY people who died in the storm.
It's a good arguable thesis--excellent start. Now, be sure to think as well about why it's relevant. Why is it important that we realize that Fleur causes the storm? (There are several good answers to this question. I'm really interested to see what yours is.)
