crimes against humanity

i never gave much thought to mascots and team names just thought someone picked that name so the school used it. i can see how this may be a dishonor to Indians i mean we treated them so bad for so many years they probably think this is another way we are picking on them. i don't think most people read that much into names like this but some people may. i just think they are names.

    I agree,i dont think people try to pick on the indians, i think it might be a way of honoring the indians for some.

    If anything I think the Natives should be honored that we are still paying homage to them after all these years...
